Most teams handle it with one generic dunning email and move on. We wanted a system that treats each failed invoice as a small, well-timed conversation instead of a single retry.
We take a 15% success fee on payments we actually recover. No monthly platform fee on the standard plan, no minimum term, and nothing owed when nothing is recovered. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
