If you are not fully satisfied with Recover AI within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund. To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@recover-ai.tools.
Refund requests made within the 14-day guarantee period will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
After the 14-day guarantee period, we do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard to prevent future charges.
If a customer files a chargeback with their bank, we will attempt to resolve the issue directly. However, filing a chargeback may result in the suspension of your account until the issue is resolved.
